Elite Escape provides luxury car rental services. By using our services, you agree to the following conditions:
The rental period begins at the time specified in your reservation and continues until the vehicle is returned to our designated location.
All rentals include basic liability coverage. Additional protection plans are available at an extra cost. Please review your coverage options during the booking process.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will be charged for vehicles returned without a full tank.
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a fee equivalent to one day's rental.

Elite Escape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
